At YRIO Studio, we create each piece with care and attention to quality.

Exchanges Only
We do not offer refunds. All purchases are eligible for exchange only.

14-Day Exchange Window
You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• All original tags must be attached
• Items must be returned in their original packaging

YRIO Studio reserves the right to decline exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

How to Request an Exchange

• Email us at hello@yriostudio.com within 14 days of delivery
• Include your order number and reason for exchange
• Once approved, we will provide return instructions

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• If an item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the shipping costs

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
